All Pharco employees are continuously appraised for the development planning process. This process enables staff to focus on their goals, to set directions and priorities and to clarify expectations within the organization. In addition, this approach promotes a culture of continuous improvement, supports individuals in meeting their personal and professional goals, and strengthens organizational competencies. Employees undergo training courses which are organized by both local and international educational institutions. Identifying and developing talents is a top priority at Pharco. Our development and training programs are done in close cooperation with professors and learning consultants and involve a variety of learning methods to encourage participants to discuss real business issues. Pharco also encourages English, French and computer courses for all staff as needed. Training courses are selected according to requirements (languages, computer and soft skills). Questionnaires and direct interviews are used to identify skill gaps and general needs of employees to improve their performance and continuously develop them on both a professional and personal level.
