Pharco has a department totally dedicated to export which currently makes up 10% of its sales i.e. 25 million US$. Marketing opportunities and shifts in demand are continuously and informally analyzed to identify exportation strengths and market needs. The export strategic process is conducted by general export meetings where the Vice Chairman, Commercial Director, Export Managers, Production Managers, Designers etc…. all asses the reports which show organizational strengths and weaknesses in addition to threats and opportunities in the global market as well as R&D and marketing reports showing any shifts and movements in the different markets. The result is the export activities to almost 50 countries: Saudi Arabia Romania Iraq Yemen Ethiopia Oman Georgia Azerbaijan Jordan Mali Eretria Qatar Palestine Bahrain Belarus Tanzania Kuwait Somalia Bosnia Djibouti Gambia Niger Afghanistan Turkey Ghana | Emirates Sudan Libya Algeria Kenya Ivory Coast Vietnam Lebanon Nigeria North Korea Uzbekistan Peru Syralyon Singapore Tehad Uganda Armenia Benin Mali Cameron Burundi South Africa China Ukraine | Several countries are also currently in the registration phase including Azerbaijan and Germany.
