Safe Pharma is the largest and most advanced integrated manufacturing facility for soft gelatin capsules in Egypt and the Middle East, as it has eight production lines which produce one billion Soft Gelatin Capsules per year. Safe Pharma’s pharmaceutical products comply with national and international specifications, quality standards, cGMP regulations and FDA requirements. Products are manufactured to customer specification and to safe standard formulas. The substances for encapsulation can either be provided by Safe Pharma or by our customers in cases of licensing.

The completely automatic & continuous production method of Safe Pharma, also known as the rotary die process, allows for a wide choice of sizes & shapes of soft gel caps: round, oval, oblong, tube & suppository. Other shapes can be produced for special applications. Safe Pharma has 250 employees and produces 67 pharmaceutical brands including 55 food supplement products. Safe Pharma exports to Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, Sudan, Libya, Oman, and U.A.E from their own warehouse facilities.
